Tadano Case Study


We recently installed a new communications service for Tadano, a business who provide cranes both new and used to a variety of businesses around the UK. Tadano had initially required a mobile account but decided to replace their aging PBX phone system as well. We also provided a full disaster recovery service to Tadano. They left us some fantastic feedback, take a look!

“We first met Andrew from TC Solutions in February 2020 when he came in to discuss our Mobile account, after an initial detailed review of the accounts, we decided to move our mobiles to TC solutions as they offered the level of account management we had not been receiving at all from the network direct and in addition, a substantial monthly saving.

Having been impressed by how this was handled, we decided to get TC solutions to look at out in house communications, fixed office phone system and leased line. They again did a full review and recommended a new faster leased line and 8×8 hosted system that would save us over £2000 per month and offer many more benefits. We agreed to proceed with this as we would then have one company looking after us moving forward.

Whilst we were in the process of waiting for the new system to be installed, our old PBX system fell down completely so we had no incoming or out-going calls, (normally a disaster) however we called TC solutions who managed to have 8×8 set up on our PCs and Mobiles with a new 0800 number inside 24 hours. Now we have the full system installed and could not be happier with the service. Needless to say we would be happy to recommend Andrew and TC solutions.”
