RacingLine were looking to upgrade their old Mitel PBX telephone system for something that would enable them to keep up with the current climate and allow for flexible remote working. After going through their requirements with them, we at Totally Converged proposed a new iPECS Cloud System with integrated mobile apps. We also provided a business grade gigabit flex ethernet line with CityFibre. This meant that RacingLine could be contactable anywhere. The added flexibility allowed them to adapt with the current climate.
Totally Converged preconfigured the new telephone system here at our base, so on the day of installation it was a smooth, quick transition for RacingLine allowing them minimal disruption.
We also provided them with a mobile phone solution encompassing 8 company mobiles. Meaning they can have all of their communications under one roof. This creates giving the ease of a unified solution.
A bonus for RacingLine on top of bringing their communications up to date, was that we managed to save them a substantial amount of money on their monthly billing.
